Paul Barrett
Founder/Executive Recruiter

Paul Barrett founded WaterMark Recruiting, Inc., after working for five years as one of the top recruiters at a preeminent high technology executive placement firm in Newport Beach. He has been responsible for expanding the sales teams at major public companies including Oracle, BEA Systems, and Mercury Interactive and startup companies like Agile Software, Interwoven, and Vitria. Prior to technology recruiting, Paul worked in medical and software sales. He graduated from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo with a degree in Political Science and Economics.
